Visafone SMSbundles is a service that will allow subscribers access to volume SMS at discounted tariffs. It is pre-paid in design; therefore users have to pay upfront for use of the SMS bundles.

How it works:
Customer dials an access code stating the bundle preference. e.g. *450*1010# for Bundled SMS pack of 10, *450*1050# for bundled SMS pack of 50 or *450*1100# for bundled SMS pack of 100.
On completion of the activity, 3 messages will be sent back to the subscriber intimating on successful completion of the operation, the customer will receive the following message:
Message 1: Your request is being processed. Please wait for a confirmation sms. Thank you.
Message 2: Dear customer, your operation was successful.
Congratulations! You just purchased a pack of “X” SMS valid for “Y” days.
Customers can check bundle status by dialing *775#
On failure, customer will receive 2 messages, (E.g. for subscribers with insufficient balance):
Message 1: Your request is being processed. Please wait for a confirmation sms. Thank you.
Message 2: Sorry, your account balance is low, please recharge.
Customer can dial any of the codes below to get any Bundle of their choice:
*450*1010# for a Bundle of 10 messages.
*450*1050# for a Bundle of 50 messages.
*450*1100# for a Bundle of 100 messages.

Q. Does SMSbundles have validity periods like other bundled services? A. Yes all packs have validity periods:
A pack of 10 SMS is valid for 3 days.
A pack 50 SMS is valid for 15 days.
A pack of 100 SMS is valid for 30 days.
Q. Can I use the service as a postpaid customer? A. No, the service is only available to prepaid customers only
Q. Which networks can I send the SMS to? A. You can send the SMS to Visafone and all other networks in Nigeria.Please note that premium SMS services are excluded from this offer.
Q. Can I send the SMS to international numbers? A. No, the SMS is only for national SMS, you will be charged from your main account if you send an SMS to international destinations.
Q. What is the split of the SMS i.e. how many of the SMS can be sent to Visafone and to other networks? A. The bundle does not have a split, you can send any number of SMS to Visafone and any number to other networks, and you can even decide to send all the SMS to other networks.
Q. How do I know how many SMS I have left in my bundle? A. Simply dial *775#, you will receive 2 messages, the first will be your main airtime balance and the second will be the balance of your SMS bundle.
Q. If I use all SMS before the bundle expires, can I buy a new bundle? A. Yes, simply dial the corresponding code to purchase the desired bundle.
Q. Can I buy another bundle before the expiration of my current bundle even when I still have SMS left in my bundle? A. Yes, simply dial any of the codes to purchase the corresponding bundles.
Q. Can I transfer my SMSbundles to another number? A. No. Visafone SMSbundle cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Q. if I did not finish the SMS in my bundle and it expires, will I get the SMS back when I purchase another bundle? A. No. You will only get the bundle purchased.
