Call Hunting

Visafone Call hunting service enables organization with more than one customer service number use the numbers effectively. Companies/SMEs can advertise only one number to their clients and have up to 10 other numbers in the call group. When a call arrives at the advertised number (pilot number). It is automatically routed to a free number within the call group if the pilot number is busy. The service ably provides the functions of a PABX for companies/ SMEs.

Features
	The services supports up to 10 numbers in the call hunting group.
	As the calls arrive, they are automatically routed to the next available number in the
	hunt group.
	If all lines are busy, the calling party is informed and advised to try again later.
	An option for acquiring one Gold number (special number) as the Pilot number is
	available.
	A set up and yearly access fee will be charged at activation.
	Users are allowed to upload personalized ring back tones.

Ans: Yes, Visafone can accept messages/songs from organizations and load on our CRBT platform for them at no charge.

Q: Can I include numbers from other networks in my Call Hunting group ?
Ans: No, Visafone Call Hunting only supports Visafone numbers within the call hunting group.

Q: Can individual numbers within the call hunting group make/receive calls?
Ans: Yes, individuals numbers in the Call Hunting group can make and receive calls.

Q: Will I get charged for receiving calls?
Ans: No, you will not be charged for receiving calls in the call hunting group but you will be charged for making calls at the rate of your current plan eg Visa Entrée.
