How do I use the service?
To use RC Data Pay, load a Visafone handset with sufficient airtime for the required data service plan and dial the short code for the desired plan to update your subscription.
Do I need to be on a special tariff plan on my Visafone line to use RC Data Pay?
No you do not need to be on a special plan, RC Data Pay can be used from any Visafone phone handset on any tariff plan
What if I do not have a Visafone line?
If you do not have a Visafone line and require to topup your data account, simply go to the nearest Visafone shop and ask one of the consultants to assist you.
How soon is my account updated when I use RC Data Pay?
Your data account is automatically updated immediately.
Can I check the status of my data account to know when it will expire?
Yes, you can check the status of your data account by dialing *444*599*NUMBER# from any Visafone phone where NUMBER represents the number of your data account.
Can I switch from one plan to another?
Yes you can switch from one plan to another but you have to wait for the present plan to expire before you make the switch. Switching from one plan to another is possible only within the EVDO or 1x plan. You cannot move from any 1x plan to EVDO or EVDO to 1x, you will need to call customer care for assistance

Can I pay for multiple months in advance?
You can pay for multiple months in advance only on your present plan. To pay multiple months for another plan, you will have to wait until your present plan expires.
