| So that Visafone subscribers can have a convenient, reward filled way of keeping in touch with their friends, loved ones and business associates, Visafone has developed a range of products for high and consistent monthly airtime users. To get one of these packages, simply go to your nearest Visafone Retail store or dealer store to purchase a line and Visafone mobile or fixed wireless terminal. Once you have activated your line, following the automated directions and select Visa Classy, Deluxe, 300 or 700 to reach your world. |

| What are the different methods of payment for airtime used? |
| Currently available for all postpaid packages, are denominational recharges through physical recharge cards and e-pins and/or monthly bill payments at your nearest Zenith Bank Plc branch and/or Visafone Shop. |

| Will I have to specifically ask for one of these packages? |
| Yes, once you have purchased your line and phone from your nearest dealer/Visafone retail store, upon activation of your RUIM card, you have option of choosing which package you desire. If you are already on a package different from Visa Deluxe, Classy, 300 or 700, you can migrate from your current package to one these packages for a small fee. |

| How is this feature being communicated to customers? |
| There are numerous advertisements through different media, newspapers, television, radio, product leaflets and posters at your nearest Visafone store/dealer. Visafone will communicate to our current subscribers through bulk SMS, notifying them of this new package. |
