 I have a GSM phone, is it possible to put my GSM SIM into my Visafone handsets? |
| No. GSM and CDMA are two different technologies. The CDMA RUIM (Removable User Identity Module) cannot operate on GSM phones and the GSM SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) cannot operate on the CDMA phone. |

| Must I purchase a Visafone with a Visafone line? |
| Yes. The RUIM is locked to Visafone phones. |

| What does Dual band mean? |
| Dual band refers to the capability of the GSM network infrastructure and handsets to operate across two frequency bands e.g. 800/1900 MHz. |

| What is a PIN? |
Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a four-digit code stored on the RUIM Card as a security mechanism which prevents unauthorized persons from using your Visafone handset.
It is recommended that you activate the PIN on your RUIM card to prevent unauthorized usage. The default PIN is 1234, however, you should change this number for your protection.

| What is a PUK? |
The Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) is an eight-digit code that is required to unblock your phone when you have entered the incorrect PIN ten times. It is located on the back of the RUIM cardholder.
All phones have a different set of procedures for unblocking and you will need to consult the manual for your Visafone mobile phone when this occurs. Should an incorrect PUK be entered ten times in a row, the RUIM will be permanently disabled.
You may need to purchase a new RUIM if yours is disabled. |

| No, You cannot. Free airtime can only be gotten upon recharge with either N200, N500.00, N1000.00, N5,000.00, and 10,000denominations. |
