Postpaid Lifecycle |

Active Period |

This is the period during which have complete access to the Postpaid service is available. All services are available during this period and last for a complete bill cycle (30 days). |

Grace Period |
| |
After the completion of a bill cycle the defaulting customer is expected to settle his bill during this period to avoid service suspension. Customer cannot make outgoing transactions but enjoys incoming transactions during the 17-30 day periods. Customer will receive reminders (by SMS) two times within this period. For Corporate-Corporate customers, the second reminder will be through a voice call from a Visafone representative. |

Account Suspension |

At the expiration of Grace Period, complete access to Postpaid service is suspended. This lasts for 90 days. |

Account Expiry |
| |
At the end of the suspension period, the customer’s account expires. The MDN (Phone Number) may then be recycled. |
