| How will I be billed for this service? |
| Visa Classy is charged on per minute billing and per second billing; so you have a choice on how you want to be charge. |

| Will I have to pay a Monthly Service Rental for this package? |
| Yes, Visa Classy has a Monthly Service Rental of N1,300. |
| |
| How do I pay for this service? |
| There are several ways to pay, either paying at your nearest Visafone shop, direct deposit into the Visafone bank account at your nearest Zenith branch or through physical recharge cards and e-pins. |

| How will I receive my bill statement at the end of the month? |
| When you sign up for any Postpaid package, you choose the option of receiving your monthly bill statement through courier and/or through e-mail. Choose the option that suits you best. |

| Where do I buy recharge cards and/or e-pins? |
| You can buy recharge cards and e-pins at your nearest Visafone Store, Dealer shop, or …. E-pins can also be purchased from our recharge website: www.visafonerecharge.com |

| Will I have to ask for this specific package? |
| Yes, when you have completed your customer acceptance form, let the customer service know that you want Visa Classy. This package will then be configured to your RUIM, you can begin making calls within 24 hours of completing the acceptance and making the necessary payments. |

| How many payments must I make when I sign up for this package? |
| You only pay for your first month rental fee, and security deposit. If you do not already have a Visafone phone, you can also pay for the phone of your choice. RUIM and connection is free. |

| How many Family and Friends numbers can be registered on this package? |
| 4 Family and Friends (Frequently dialed numbers) can be registered on Visa Classy. |
