How do I recharge?
Scratch the silver panel area on your recharge card to reveal 14 digit PIN number
Enter the following on your phone:

*889* followed by 14 digit recharge number. Press YES/OK/SEND to recharge (889* PIN SEND)

OR dial *888* Listen and follow the voice instruction, press 1 and enter 14 digit PIN, then the # key.

Your credit will be automatically loaded with the recharge card value and you will then receive a text confirmation of your recharge.
For Non-Rental Package: This is the period during which complete access to prepaid
service is available. You can make and receive calls during this period and recharge your account. This duration is 90 days from the date of a chargeable transaction
For Rental Package: This is the period between one “payment due date” and the
next. If you fail to pay your rental fee on the due date, you enter the grace period
Grace Period
This is the time after the active period during which you can only receive calls and
recharge your account. This lasts for 30 days
Deactivation
The disconnection of your line from the Visafone network after the grace period
Account Expiry
If you do not recharge your prepaid line during the grace period, the RUIM card will
