Visa U & I is a 2-Member CUG (Close User Group) which allows two new Visafone customers to call each other FREE for six months if both of them recharge with a minimum of N200 every month. Also, 1 new customer can call an old customer on Visafone network FREE for six months if he/she recharges at least N200 monthly.

Ans: Yes. You can call each other for free any time for six months if both lines recharge at least N200 every month for new connections, and No, if one connection is new and the other is an existing customer.

Q: What if one person recharges with a minimum of N200 but the other person does not?

Ans: (i). If both lines are new and recharges with a minimum of N200 monthly, they can both call themselves FREE for six months. (ii). If one line is new and the second line is an existing line, only the new line will enjoy FREE call to the old line.

Q: Can I make calls to other networks with my phone and how much will I be charged?

Ans: Yes. You can make calls to any other network in Nigeria at affordable rate as low as 15k/sec.

Q: Do I need to dial any migration code to join this plan?  

Ans: No. There is no migration code for this plan. All new lines are preloaded with the features of this offer

Q: Can I register a number from another network?

Ans: No, you can only register a Visafone number as your special number.

Q:  Can I change my special number before the end of six months?

Ans: Yes. You are allowed to change your special number at a fee of N50/modification.

Q: How much does SMS cost on this plan?

Ans: You will enjoy SMS rate at N5/SMS for Visafone to Visafone, N10/SMS to any other network in Nigeria and N15 to international numbers.

Q: What happens if I did not recharge in a particular month?

Ans: You will cease to enjoy the free calls to the special number.

Q: What if I recharge with N100 only in a 30-day period?

Ans: You will not enjoy the free calls to your special number within that period. Both lines will need to recharge with a minimum of N200 every month to keep enjoying the offer (for 2 new connections).

Q: If I recharge N100 on the 6th of a particular month and another N100 on the 18th of the same month, what will happen?

Ans: You will not enjoy the 50% airtime bonus but you will enjoy the free calls to your registered number.

Q: What if new customer recharges with N200 but the existing customer does not?

Ans: Then only the new customer will call the existing customer free.

Q: What if both the new and existing customers recharge with N200?

Ans: Only the new customer will call the existing customer free

Q: Will I get 50% free airtime bonus if I recharge with N100?

Ans: No. You will only get on-net airtime bonus on a minimum recharge denomination of N200

Q: Can I call a GSM number with the airtime bonus on recharge?

Ans: No. The airtime bonus is for on-net calls only

Q: What is the validity of the bonus on recharge?

Ans: The airtime bonus is valid for 7 days.

Q: How can I move out of this plan?

Ans: You can move out by dialing a migration short code. For example, you can dial *444*111# to move to Visa Entrée tariff plan.

Q: How much will I be charged for moving out of this plan?

Ans: You first migration out of this tariff plan is free (nevertheless, you will be charged if you are migrating to Visa Chill)

Q: If I move out can I migrate back to the plan?

Ans: No.

Q: I am currently on a CUG plan, can I migrate to Visa U & I?
