Note: Your subscription expires at the end of the allocated days or upon consumption of the allocated volume. If your volume is exhausted before the allocated days, the service will stop. You have an option of purchasing the same data plan or any other plan of your choice in order to continue enjoying the service. At the completion of the 30 day billing cycle, the system will automatically re-subscribe your account if you have enough airtime on the modem account.

You can activate Visa Mobile Internet by going to the nearest Visafone shop. You will be required to choose your service time plan. After making prerequisite payments, your Mobile phone is either set up by Visafone technical support or you are given simple, step by step instructions on how to set up the service yourself.

Tariff Summary

• At the start of a new billing cycle, your account will be renewed if you have sufficient balance in your modem or phone (for mobile internet). If you do not have sufficient balance, the service will be suspended.
• Existing subscribers can move from one service plan to another by dialing a short code.
• You need to come to the shop with the following items in order to purchase any of our data services.
1. Valid ID Card [International Passport or Driver License or National ID Card]
2. 1 Passport photograph
3. Proof of Address [Utility Bill such as Electricity Bill or Water Board Bill]
• All plans are automatically renewed when subscribers load required amount on modem with recharge cards.
• You can switch from prepaid internet to any plan of your choice.
• You can renew your current plan by simply topping up your modem with recharge cards or dialing the codes above from any Visafone prepaid handset.
• You can change from your current plan to another plan only after your current plan EXPIRES.
• You cannot switch from any plan to Visa Mobile Internet; to get Visa Mobile Internet you have to visit the nearest Visafone outlet.
• Existing Visa Mobile Internet users can update their subscription by simply loading the required airtime in their phone; the airtime will be automatically deducted and their subscription will be renewed.
