What is Visa Tones?
The VisaTones service allows subscribers to play pleasant songs, greetings, or tones for the listening pleasure of their callers. The playback tones replace the conventional “ring ring” sound callers get when they make voice calls.
How can I get the service?
To get the VisaTones service text “Reg” to 777. N100 will be deducted from your phone as rental for the first month while the “Labambam” tone will be set as your default Tone.
How do I get the codes for tones or know what tones are available for download?
You can know what tones are available for download and get the codes via the following:
I. By visiting the nearest Visafone shop, the available tones are listed at the back of the VisaTones flyers at the shops.
II. By Visiting the Visafone website www.visafone.com.ng/crbt.html. All tones and codes are listed there.
III. By using the IVR, you can listen to the top ten tones, top ten most downloaded tones, top ten recently added tones. IVR charge is 17k per second.
IV. By using SMS, you can receive the top ten tones, top ten most downloaded tones, top ten recently added tones.

Am I charged for making request using SMS and the IVR?
You can download, set tones, get tones list or listen to tones using the IVR or SMS. Using SMS is free while the IVR is charged at 17k per second.
How much is the cost of registration, monthly rental and RBTs?
Registration for VisaTones is FREE, monthly rental is N100 and each Tone cost N100.
What happens when my monthly registration expires?
When your monthly Visatones Registration expires, the system will automatically deduct another N100 and grant you access for a new month. If your account balance at the time of expiration is insufficient, your VisaTones service will be suspended. To resume the VisaTones service after suspension simply recharge your phone and text “Reg” to 777.
How do I change my current caller tones?
You can change your current tone by setting a new tone as default using the IVR or via SMS. For SMS simply Text “downsetxxxxx” to 777, Where xxxxx is the RBT code
What is the VisaTones Personal library, how does it work?
VisaTones personal library is your catalogue or personal album of tones on the system. Every time you download a new tone, it is valid for 1 year and its automatically saved to your personal library. You can access and use tones in your person library anytime you desire.
Can I assign tones to different callers?
Yes you can assign tones to different callers; this can be done using the IVR or SMS. For SMS, simply Text personalxxxxx0702xxxxxxx to 777 Where xxxxx is the RBT code and 0702xxxxxxx is the number of the caller
